• Degree or Masters in any related field
• Certified trainer will be an added advantage
• To design technical course & content according to company's needs (Equipment Installation, maintenance, scheduling, cost control, QC, project management, etc)
• Produce training materials, execute training lectures, workshops, webinars.
• At least 8 years or more working experience in refinery / petrochemical plant handling maintenance & mechanical equipment installation.
• Minimum 3 years of trainer experience
