SYSTEM PRODUCT EXECUTIVE [cc. SBS]

Working Location:       Pasir Gudang, Johor

Working Condition:      5 working days per week, a leading pioneer company in the industry

 Job Responsibilities

• To evaluate material and printer capabilities and to provide technical support and solutions to customers when needed
• To repair printer and able to install the right application
• Ability to provide product service or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests
• Ability to create and update product brochure
• Create and test software system updater installer including configuration changes for future changes
• Comply with configuration requirements for all equipment hardware system software applications software data files settings customization for customers and internationalizations languages
• To handle configuration change requests from customer
• To identify current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and current customers
• Good communication and Customer service oriented
• Maintaining records of all release deliverables and to manage change history Electronic and mechanical experience will be good
• Knowledge in programming language C and VB will be an added advantage

Requirement

• Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering Computer Telecommunication or equivalent
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Engineering Technical IT or equivalent
