Job Responsibilities
To evaluate material and printer capabilities and to provide technical support and solutions to customers when needed
To repair printer and able to install the right application
Ability to provide product service or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests
Ability to create and update product brochure
Create and test software system updater installer including configuration changes for future changes
Comply with configuration requirements for all equipment hardware system software applications software data files settings customization for customers and internationalizations languages
To handle configuration change requests from customer
To identify current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and current customers
Good communication and Customer service oriented
Maintaining records of all release deliverables and to manage change history Electronic and mechanical experience will be good
Knowledge in programming language C and VB will be an added advantage
Requirement
Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering Computer Telecommunication or equivalent
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Engineering Technical IT or equivalent
