Location:

- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in a production environment.
- Experience in HACCP, HALAL, and food safety standards.
- Lead, monitor, and develop the Production Department team to meet production KPIs.
- Implement continuous improvement and waste reduction strategies to optimize overall production efficiency.
- Ensure the factory area is clean and hygienic.
- Ensure product conformance to quality standards.
- Prepare and analyze production reports for management review
