  • Job Description
  • Candidates must possess at least a Degree/ Diploma in Business/ Shipping/ Logistics or its equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in shipping in manufacturing industry.
  • Ensure shipping procedures compliance to legal regulations and company policies.
  • To ensure quality and accuracy of shipping documentation for import & export (K4,K1,K2,NOA, BL, invoice, packing list, government health cert, certificate of origin, MITI application).
  • Liaise with internal departments and freight forwarders to ensure smooth operation for import and export shipments.
  • Assist in budget control to reduce shipping cost
  • Ensure shipping team members adheres to SOP.
  • Knowledgeable in LMW License & familiar with Shipping Incoterms.
  • Resolve any shipping issues that may arise.
